The Bray Town Centre Scheme in County Wicklow, Ireland obtained planning for the redevelopment of the 42 acre former Bray Golf Club.

The proposed masterplan for the extension and regeneration of Bray Town Centre is for a mixed use development which will provide approx 51,000 sqm of retail, 830 apartments,  5,500 sqm of offices, 103 bedroom hotel,  2,500 sqm of riverside bars & restaurants, an eight screen cinema, crèches, and a community centre, plus 4,200 car parking spaces. A new public park, riverside promenade and public plazas are also incorporated in the masterplan.
