HKR has a proven track record in delivering significant residential led mixed-use projects with around 3,000 units using modern methods of construction. These include component sub-assembly, non-volumetric pre-assembly, volumetric pre-assembly and complete building. This improves efficiency in construction and delivery and is more environmentally responsible.
Notable projects using these systems include Rockbrook, Dublin, a scheme of 900 modular apartments completed in 2009 and Mountearl Gardens, Juxon Street and Sail Street for Pocket Living, completed in 2016-2017.
HKR are currently looking at a number of residential and co-living sites in the UK and Ireland with potential for modular construction.
