We have delivered over 3000 units using Modern Methods of Construction. Our team specialises in researching and achieving the most site specific building method to deliver efficient, environmentally sound and the most cost effective modern method of construction; these include: Component sub-assembly, Non-volumetric pre-assembly, Volumetric pre-assembly and Complete building.
Notable projects using these systems include Rockbrook, Dublin, a scheme of 900 modular apartments completed in 2009 and Mountearl Gardens, Juxon Street and Sail Street for Pocket Living, completed in 2016-2017. HKR are currently looking at a number of residential and co-living sites in the UK and Ireland with potential for modular construction.
