Sandwith Street Upper


HKR Architects has submitted a detailed planning application to Dublin City Council on behalf of Rails Investments Limited for a new build office development on Sandwith Street Upper, Dublin 2.

The proposal includes the provision of up to 110,000 sq.ft. of CAT A offices with associated amenity space such as café and meeting space, on-site parking, public realm and landscaping. The design incorporates significant environmental credentials to help future-proof the building with a brief to meet LEED Gold accreditation.
